1. Definitions

• •"Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to WinBet Global, operating as WinBet Global.
• •"Partner," "Affiliate," "you," "your" refers to any individual or entity accepted into the Partner Program.
• •"Downline" refers to the players who register on the platform through your unique referral link(s).
• •"Revenue Share" refers to the percentage of net revenue earned by the Partner from their downline's activity.
• •"Net Revenue" refers to the gross revenue from downline players minus promotions, bonuses, cashback, refunds, negative carryover, and the platform fee.
• •"Active Player" refers to a referred user who has placed at least one qualifying wager during the settlement period with a minimum turnover of 500 BDT.
• •"Settlement Period" refers to one calendar month, from the 1st to the last day of the month.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• •You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• •Registration is subject to approval by WinBet Global. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason.
• •You may only hold one partner account. Multiple accounts by the same individual or entity will result in termination of all associated accounts.
• •All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete. You must promptly update any changes to your information.
• •This application form must be completed and submitted by the Partner personally. Accounts created on behalf of others without proper authorization will be terminated.

3. Commission & Revenue Share

• •The Revenue Share percentage is based on the net revenue generated by your downline. To qualify for a higher tier, you must meet all specified criteria for that tier as outlined on the Commission page.
• •You must have at least 5 active players in your downline during the settlement period to qualify for any commission.
• •A 20% platform fee is deducted from gross player revenue before commission calculations. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, and operational costs.
• •Each player in your downline is allowed only one unique account. Multiple accounts created by the same person will not be included in revenue share calculations and may result in account review.
• •Any negative net revenue balance for a given month will be carried over to subsequent months and deducted from future positive earnings until the balance reaches zero.
• •The minimum payout threshold is 500 BDT per settlement period. Earnings below this threshold will not carry over and will be forfeited.
• •Certain third-party game providers or product categories may be excluded from the revenue share calculation. Excluded categories will be communicated to partners in advance.

4. Payments

• •Commission payments are processed between the 1st and 10th of each month for the previous settlement period, after the monthly settlement report has been finalized.
• •Payments are made to the bank account provided during registration. Partners may request a change of payment method by contacting their affiliate manager. All changes require identity verification.
• •WinBet Global reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or violation of these terms pending investigation.

5. Prohibited Activities

Partners are strictly prohibited from:

• •Adding their own player account or accounts of family members/associates to their downline for the purpose of generating artificial commission.
• •Using spam, unsolicited emails, bulk messaging, or any form of unsolicited communication to promote referral links.
• •Making false, misleading, or deceptive claims about the platform, its services, or potential earnings.
• •Using paid search advertising (PPC) that bids on WinBet Global brand terms, trademarks, or variations thereof.
• •Engaging in any activity that could bring WinBet Global into disrepute, including promoting the platform on websites containing illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• •Targeting minors (persons under 18 years of age) in any marketing or promotional activities.
• •Manipulating cookies, referral tracking, or using any software or technique to artificially inflate clicks, registrations, or revenue.

6. Intellectual Property

• •Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use WinBet Global logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the platform under this program.
• •You must not alter, modify, or misrepresent any WinBet Global branding materials without prior written consent.
• •All intellectual property rights in the platform, its content, and branding remain the sole property of the Company. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• •Partners must keep confidential all non-public information obtained through the program, including commission rates, player data, and internal communications.
• •WinBet Global uses partner-provided information solely for program administration, communications, and payment processing. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
• •WinBet Global is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

8. Termination

• •Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice (email is acceptable).
• •WinBet Global may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions or engage in any prohibited activity.
• •Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement cease immediately. You must stop using all WinBet Global branding and remove all referral links and promotional materials.
• •Any outstanding commission that has been earned and verified prior to termination will be paid out, provided no violations are found. Commission earned through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• •WinBet Global provides the partner program and platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or the partner dashboard.
• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinBet Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your participation in the program.
• •Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WinBet Global, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms, your marketing activities, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Modifications to Terms

• •WinBet Global reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the partner dashboard.
• •Continued participation in the program after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• •If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may terminate your account by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• •These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinBet Globalis incorporated.
• •Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

13. Force Majeure

WinBet Global shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

14. General Provisions

• •This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and WinBet Global regarding the Partner Program and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.
• •The relationship between you and WinBet Global is that of independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
• •If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• •Partners acknowledge that gambling is a regulated industry and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction when promoting WinBet Global.
